Christina and Jonathan

On April 1st, we decorated a wedding that was definitely not an April Fool's Day joke. It was a gorgeous outdoor affair for Christina and Jonathan, with lots of white and blue flowers. The ceremony was held at Shawnee Mission Park and the weather miraculously stayed dry and was warm enough to provide a great atmosphere for the wedding.

The ceremony took place on the wide patio of one of the more private shelters. We brought in a black wrought iron arch and decorated it with blue satin and flowers.

We used blue mason jars with white stock to create lovely pathway markers on the path from the parking lot to the ceremony site.

The flowers were so gorgeous in their simplicity. The bridal bouquet was made of dark blue delphinium and white/ivory roses, wrapped in white lace. I couldn't choose which picture I liked best, so I included all of them. :)

The bridesmaid bouquets were made of white stock and blue delphinium wrapped in white lace.

This is one of the corsages made for the mothers of the bride and groom.

The reception was held at the 180 room in Olathe. We used the blue mason jars and put white roses and white stock to accent the lanterns provided by the venue.

It was an honor to work with Christina and Jonathan on their special day! Thanks so much for the opportunity to work with you!

Kerri and Danny

In January, we were able to create a lovely winter-esque wedding in blue, white, black, with silver accents, held at The Pavilion Event Space for Kerri and Danny.

For the ceremony, we brought in our pipe and drape backdrop with white curtains and lights and white satin and navy blue draping across the top and sides. On either side of the backdrop we brought in white pillars with large white and blue flower arrangements.

The tables looks classy with black tablecloths with white satin chair ties, table runner, and napkins. The centerpieces were created using 3 vases of different heights with white roses and blue delphinium inside. 3 blue votive candle holders sat around the outside, all on top of large mirrors.

The head table featured a lovely projected monogram with names and wedding date with LED trees on either side.

The cake and toss bouquet:

The bridal bouquet was made of all white flowers including garden roses, hydrangea, and calla lilies as well as a few silver accents.

The bridesmaid bouquets were made with white gerbera daisies and blue delphinium.

Thanks so much for letting us help create your beautiful day!!

Sami and Tyler

Powder blue and mint green make a gorgeous May wedding and it was so fun to use the light colors to create a whimsical, yet elegant, design for Tyler and Sami's wedding.

The backdrop was draped in blue satin with mint green and blue tissue paper balls hanging in front of white curtains with white lights.

The centerpieces were three vases of different heights with Tiffany blue and white pearls suspended inside, sitting on top of a gathered runner. We alternated the overlays, runners, and chair ties between the blue and green to give lots of color to the tables.

Cake Backdrop & Bridal Bouquet:

To add the final touch to the room, we installed dropped ceiling drapery and brought in up-lights with alternating blue and green lights

The bride's bouquet was made of ivory roses, light blue delphinium and white oriental lilies.

The bridesmaids carried simple bouquets of just 3 roses and 3 stems of delphinium.

Outside entrance: Mint green and blue lanterns

Sami and Tyler were a wonderful couple and it was delightful to be able to be part of such a wonderful occasion!
