Denise and Trevor

I was honored to be able to decorate the reception of Denise and Trevor in Utah this past weekend. They are such a cute, sweet couple. They wanted a simple but elegant wedding decorated in emerald green and silver and green trees with "lots of lights!", as Denise said, and we were more than delighted to accommodate their requests.

The backdrop was a lovely but simple, pipe and drape with an emerald green drape.

The tables were decorated with silver overlays and emerald green runners. The centerpieces were bowls with waterbeads and LED lights with a white spider mum. They perfectly fit the theme of simple elegance.

As you can see, we put up our famous tent-styled draped ceiling with the 4ft chandelier and we added spotlights to various areas of the room to accent the cake, backdrop and photo displays.

Cute Pictures!

I also had the pleasure of making the flowers for the bridal party with the help of my favorite Utah floral assistant! Denise specifically asked for no roses so for her bouquet we used a variety of white flowers such as spider mums, gerbera daisies, calla lilies and snapdragons. We added in some green hydrangea and purple tulips to give the bouquet some life and color.

The mother and grandmother corsages were made from two pom daisies, hypericum berries and a purple tulip.

The bridesmaids bouquets were made from the same variety of flowers as the brides bouquet, minus the tulips. The flower girl was more than happy to model the bouquet for us. :)

Thanks Denise and Trevor for letting us be a part of your special day!
